mirrored door rollers

I ordered these from you and installed the ones you sent but I do not feel they will be functional as the grove on the ones you sent are very shallow and the groves on the ones I need are very deep to ride on a ridge ? the size is correct on the ones you sent but the grove on the roller is too shallow do you have the same size but with deeper groves ??? Dale

I'm sorry, Dale, I'm not sure what it is you ordered. Can you give me the SWISCO part number? Even better, can you show us a picture of your original hardware? Can you also give me your measurements? That will help us find a better match.

sorry , I do not have a part number , I ordered some from you and was hoping you would be able to see what I ordered from the tracking number of what you sent me , there are no part numbers and there was no packing slip the previous email had all the numbers I have ?

Hey, Dale. After some digging, we were able to find your original order number. It looks like you ordered our 81-247, however you said that these do not work. I have not been able to find this with a deeper wheel channel, so it's possible you simply have a different part entirely. I would very much like to see your original rollers so that we can find a better match. I would also like you to tell us your dimensions.

I find it hard to believe that 81-274 was an original roller on a glass door. This looks like it would be used for a screen. In fact, I have used this on wooden screens.
