missing channel balances

Question

i am missing both balances. the window make is alenco. window measures 22 1/2 by 57 5/8 (interior measurement). The visible glass measurement of sash is 26 5/8. It weights about 14 lbs. Another balance of a similar make window in the home is #2730. Not sure if that means anything as they are a different size window. I am also missing the metal clip and the black cap on the end of the window.

-let me know if there is anything else you need in order to identify the right balances.

Hey, David. You say you have another window in the house that is similar. Is the only difference the size? That is, is it also an Alenco window that otherwise uses the same hardware? If so, show us a few pictures of that balance. While it's a different size, we can at least use that to determine what type of balance you have. Thanks!
