missing part

Hello!
just received my 29" series 390 Channel balances and one was installed with no problem.
When installing the second one i realized that the white piece of plastic that should be on the top of the rail in the window itself (and that retains the balance) is missing.
Can this be replaced?

Thanks for posting. Sounds like you need to replace your Top Sash Guide. We can likely replace these for you, but we'll need to see an undamaged version out of the window, with 'mugshot' pictures of its front and side. From there, we'll try and narrow down the right replacement.

Take a look at the 18-166 to start. Carefully review all the dimensions and see if they match your old Top Sash Guide. Let us know what you find.
