I am missing the small black palstic piece (one picture shows it missing from the arm and one shows the windows mate with the piece in place) that slides in the track under the window.
This is a Jeld-Wen Casement window from about 2011.

Hello there. Compare the existing track slide on the other operator to the 39-529. If it's square-shaped this should be it.
