missing window pivot piece

the right side of the widow has a piece missing that fits into what I think is called a pivot shoe .. not sure. I attached the pictures of the missing piece and what it fits into as well as a label (from another smaller window - this windows label was deteriorated)

Hello,

It looks like you need a new pivot bar. We may be able to help, but we would need to see an intact pivot bar removed from the other side of the sash or an identical window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you. Thank you!

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I'll look at the videos to see how to access that and reply with images of the other side's pivot bar.
