It looks like you need a new spiral balance. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to remove your balance from the window and show us a clear picture of the inner spiral tip. We'll also need to know the length, as well as the diameter of the outer tube. The video below will go over exactly what we'll need to see in order to identify what you need.
