mortise latch for patio sliding glass door

I purchased 82-211 to replace the one i removed but it doesn't fit. the removed latch is 1/2" wide. can you help?

Your mortise looks closer to our 82-218. Review our dimensions and pictures for this part and let me know if you agree.
