mortise latch replacement

Trying to identify correct latch pictures attached. I'm measuring 7 & 8.25 on the screw distances.

I think you have an older discontinued lockset. That said, take a look at our 40-049 to start out. This may work as a replacement, but I recommend going over our dimensions to ensure that everything lines up.
