mortise latch replacement

I'm not sure exactly what you need for your door. Your mortise lock is easy enough, it looks like our 82-229. However I don't recognize your patio glass door style. It's unlike anything we carry. It also looks like you have a huge chunk of the frame missing where the mortise installs, which isn't something we'll be able to help with.

Did you need a match for that handle? If so, can you tell me what the installation hole spacing is, center-to-center?

I think the problem is that I don't know what you mean when you say you're only looking for the trim in dura finish. That doesn't really make any sense to me. The trim for what, exactly? The door, the mortise, or the handle? We need you to go into more detail so that we can understand what you're looking for. If I'm just going by your photos, it looks like you need a new handle set and a piece of the frame where the mortise lock is meant to go. Those are two very different projects, though, and I'll need you to specify exactly what you want.
