mortise lock ID

A handy person from St.Louis,Mo says:
I have a mortice lock that has a round top but the keyway is vertical and not at 45 degree like your 82-218. can i use the roundtop with the 45 degree keyway ?

Here is a pic of the lock. All it says is ? made in USA? on it. I can get a pic of the handle also later. As you can see the keyway is vertical when hook is extended. Unlike the 45 degree lock. Thank you

Thanks for the photo. The closest match we have is our 82-223 mortise lock. This has a 90 degree keyway, however, it has a square face. You would need to square off the edges in the cutout in their door.
