mortise lock

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello, I am looking for a center mortis gear mechanism for a patio slider door. The handle is a Legacy Series. The original manufacture was SEMCO Windows and Doors. I believe the hardware is Truth. Not too sure. If you can have a look, any help is appreciated.



In this photo you can see the two prongs sticking out from the center gear:

I'm afraid that I've never seen a mortise lock quite like that. It looks like our 82-226, but ours doesn't have those two screws sticking out. Do you think you could still use this product as long as you replace the keeper as well? The 82-226 is compatible with the 89-020, 89-021, and 89-021D.
