I have a French sliding door, whose brass handle read "Sash Controls Ferndale MI, 2260 Taiwan". I am not able to use the switch (lever) on the handle to lock the door (the lever does not move the latch - I have to manually move the latch with my hand for now).
Please see the picture attached and advise me of the part number to order from your website.
