mortise lock replacement

The mortise lock is broken. Can I just replace the lock or do I need to replace the handle and lock? Thanks

Hi there!

You can replace just the mortise lock if that's the only thing that is broken. My recommendation for that is the 82-218. However, the thumb latch appears to have broken off so take a look at the 82-107. Look these parts over and let us know if you have any questions.
