I'm about to order your 82-081 handle set. Now I discover that I need the mortise too. Do you have this one?

Steve, I have sent you under separate cover with explanations of my attempt to getting you the information you required. I do hope you have what you need to get the job done. But just incase I wind up having to hire another another Locksmith please save all of this data because this is becoming more and more of a problem for me and I wind up spending hours of time doing research, googling and thank God for your company which seems to be the "Gold Standard" for parts needed for Sliding Patio Doors.

One other thing, could you please provide me with the order or case number for this query, so contact with you will be simpler. Thank you .

I don't believe we have this exact mortise lock, but it seems similar in design to our 82-238. This is also compatible with the 82-081 handle set, so I think it may be a good bet.

Received the part today and will have it placed tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks for your help Steve, you certainly have been most patient with my adventure.

Will add photos tomorrow when the set is in place.

The 82-081 lock should work. In my experience, the new button is shorter than the original and may need something added to the keeper to push it in far enough to enable the lock.
On the last one I installed, I removed the trim plate and it worked better without it.
