multi point locking bar casement window hardware

I need 2 sets of hardware to replace the locking bar which has dimensions of 4 1/2 " to the first and second hub and 18 1/2" from the third and 18 1/2" to the fourth. this is for a 2'8" 5'0" casement window... also I need to replace the crank handle on one unit. it appears to be a TRUTH hardware. see photos
