multi point window lock

Question

No identifying marks on lock or windows. 3 7/8 centers on fasteners. Fork is 1 1/8 from lock face or 1 7/16 from mounting surface flange. Lock width is 3/4" and length overall is 4 1/2".

Thanks for posting, and for the detailed measurements. They are a huge help. Based on the fork extension and the width of the lock, I think our 38-138 is a very close match. Look it over and tell me what you think.
