mystery windows

Handy Person from Black Mountain, NC
I have moved into a house which is about 12 years old. It has tilt windows with no identifying markings. One of them needs the above pivot bar replaced. Two have the pictured metal u shaped rod which houses a tension spring. The tension spring is supposed to attach to a pin riveted in the metal rod. The pin has broke out of the rod. I can probably find a remedy to the second problem, but the broken pivot bar needs replaced.
Also if you can identify the maker of these windows please let me know

Thanks for writing in. I don't think we have an exact match for this pivot bar, I'm afraid. The 26-366 is likely the closest match we have, but you will likely have to redrill holes for it to mount probably. If you attempt this, be very careful, as you could risk damaging the glass if you drill too deeply.

It looks like you need a new balance as well. If so, we'll need pictures of the shoe that attaches to the bottom of the balance, as well as whatever is at the end of that cord. Many thanks.
