We think we need 17" series 350 with 19-002 top attached and 15-004 shoe attachment. We don't know what sash option to choose.

Thanks for posting, Mike. I'm not sure what you need, either. That code on your window does not tell me what your balance is. As for the option, you can usually use the stamp on the balance itself to determine the best choice, but if you're still not sure you can always weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on the S350-17 store page.

Hello, Ken. I'm afraid that information is not enough to go by. Might there be a metallic AAMA sticker on the inside of the frame? If so, seeing that may allow me to narrow down the list of possibilities.
