I am looking for a replacement for a narrow stile lockset with a brass lever handle similar to the Wright 40-049 narrow stile 40-049 with hook or pivot dead bolt

Steel door is 2" frame with 1" depth. Narrow stile lock is 7/8" back set 8" high

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 40-049 and 40-193 to your assembly. They both have the same 7/8" backset that you need but review both handle sets to determine which would fit best. The mounting holes and cutouts in the door where the handle set is installed are key details. Also, take a look at the related video to assist you through the process.
