Thank you for reaching out to us. It's likely the handles we carry won't give you the clearance that you need. Most window manufacturers don't consider shades when they design their hardware. In our experience, shade installations must always be altered to accommodate existing casement window hardware. 

We'd still be happy to look into this, however, but we would like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
