Good morning, and thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. We need to figure out what that bottom shoe is so that I can recommend which replacement balance you need. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.

I will also need to know the weight of your window sash. Thank you!

Tom,thanks for the reply. I have what looks to be the 1" 15-002 on the balances. Window sash weight is 28.5 lbs.

Also, I would like to get some other parts - in pics 1 & 2 are shots of what the window hooks onto the balances.

Also I would like to get 2 locks seen in the photo.

Great. See our S395-24 with the option 2360 for the replacement balance you need.

As for the lock and top sash guide, please see our 90-274 and 18-171, respectively, and see if they are a good match.
