right side window track and window bracket that attaches to the window that has the track guide ( note the guide is missing from the bracket that's the part that moves / slides in the track) the only markings on the window is G-U. Could be a silverline window? I don't need the window operator. the picture was added only to assist in the ID. Please Help!

Looks like you just need a new hinge assembly. We don't sell this exact type, but our 36-048 should work perfectly fine as a replacement as long as you change the top and bottom hinges at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
