I need to replace an operator and its pin

an operator -Numbers in black on the back are: OP05-7574-03 11-1-07 82033 also numbers on the medal are OP05-1505

a pin- The numbers are OP051002, Front of Pin appears to be 15/16 at the widest part. The pin inserts into the tract and clips to the arm of the operator.

Thank you for your patience in this matter! For the pin, check out our 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider. This looks pretty close, but see if you agree.

As for the operator, we are actually working on a possible replacement. I'll let you know as soon as we have something available online for you to check out!

I see someone with an OP05-7574-03 window crank was suggested by your company to replace with 39-399. Was it ever found out if that was the replacement? I have the same issue. Does it come with the handle or no?

I don't have any confirmation for that explicit code, but if your design and dimensions match the hardware shown in the photos above then our 39-399 and 39-400 remain our best recommendations. It's always better to go by physical details rather than printed codes, which can often be misleading or outdated.
