I thought I had the series 390, but they didn't fit. I just returned them.
What balance do I need? I need four.

I see that you've received my return, and credited my account. I see that you also have my original balance. Do you carry an adequate replacement for it? If so, I will go to your website and order 4 of them. I'll await your recommendation.

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, we just need one last piece of information: there should be a metal clip at the end of the cord. Can you show me a picture of it? Once I see that, we can email you a special order link for 4.

I'm including pictures of the clip that I "think" you're requesting. However, it's plastic, not metal. Please let me know if I misinterpreted your request.

I'm afraid this isn't what we need. That's the pulley. The piece I need to see is a small silver-ish hook or clip literally tied to the very end of the cord. It might have broken off of yours, since it's usually pressed against the bottom shoe when the balance is removed from the window. Check an undamaged balance to see if that has what we're looking for.
