need a external lock and handle for this door made by Millgaurd

I am looking for a barrel key and handle so I can lock and unlock from the outside This is a Millguard door about 5-6 years old

Standing at the inside of the patio door facing out,You pull the door to the left.

Dimension of the center of the locking screws is 4 7/8" (four and seven eights.

We don't have this exact hardware, but you may be able to use our 82-081 keyed lock set to replace it. Look this product over and let me know what you think.
