need a matching top sash guide

A home owner from Summerfield, FL says:
I need to replace the sash guide - top on a kimco window. I replaced the Channel Balance with your 30" Series 380-30 Channel Balance option 2940. I also ordered the 5/8" Sash Guide Howmet 18-018. They are not the correct guides. The old guides are 7/8" wide top, 5/8" wide bottom and 7/8" from bottom of top edge to center of the bottom screw hole. The top screw hole (not used) is 3/16". The back is flat. Top to bottom is 1 9/16". Help!!!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi there! Sorry to hear that our 18-018 didn't work for you. Can you show me a photo of your old top sash guide? That will help us find a good match.

When showing us the top sash guide, please make sure that it is both undamaged and fully removed from the window. That way no important details will be obscured or missing. Please also take your photo from the front and side; think of it like a mug shot.

With that information, I will do my best to find a good top sash guide for your window.

A home owner from Summerfield, FL says:
I ordered your 18-166 guides. If they don't work; I'll take the photos and add them to the post.
