need a new weather strip for an amarlite sliding door - can you help

Can you help identify this weatherstrip? It is on the inside of an Amarlite aluminum sliding door. As best I can tell the door is approximately 12 yrs old and the rubber is gone from the bottom. I need to either replace just the rubber or the whole weather strip. I would like to keep the same style of weather stripping with the slide covering the mounting screws but must be conscious of the cost. This door is now on a rental. I am not sure what Amarlite model door this is and I couldn't find any identifying marks on the weatherstrip.

Hey, Al. Start by looking at our 40-005 door sweep. This might be a good replacement. If not, we will need you to remove the current strip and show us a picture of its end profile.
