I have one casement window that it appears a nylon bushing has broken so it will crank out but not back in. Looking for a replacement. the part number appears to be C-9400-1

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. If your windows were manufactured from 1995 to 1998, you will need the 39-362 adapter plate for install. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
