need a replacement track

We don't have this exact track, but I think you can use our 23-272 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

There are dozens and dozens of different wheels that go with this track. In order to know what you have, I need to see the original roller.

Thanks! It's a good thing you sent me this photo. Ironically enough, your roller is not designed to go with your track at all. You see, your roller has a convex wheel, but your track was designed to only accommodate rollers with concave wheels. Someone, at some point, installed the wrong hardware. I'm actually kind of surprised someone even got this to install. This closet door must operate pretty roughly. 

Fortunately this is an easy enough problem to solve. You would be better served sticking with this style of roller and then using a different style track. I recommend using a 23-041 roller and 23-242 track. These will work perfectly fine together. 

Note that we have this track in other lengths if 71" isn't right. Just let me know.
