Spiral balance parts to order

Question

Hello I have a single hung window with the bottom sash which is no longerattached to the spiral balance mechanism on the window . I have attachedphotos of a copy of the same window in my house which is operational withall the parts.
What seems missing is the metal piece that attaches the bracket to thebottom of the window sash shown in the photo.
I would like to order a new set of ALL the parts please. The length of thespiral is about 34". Could you please advise on what part numbers I need toorder.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see photos of the pivot bar and pivot shoe uninstalled to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of your pivot shoe to narrow down your options.

As for the spiral balance, take a look and the 3/8" diameter S900 or 5/8" diameter S600, depending on the diameter of your housing tube. Thank you!
