I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 5/8" diameter S600 or 3/8" diameter S900 spiral balances to your assembly. I suspect that you may need the S600 with a blue tip option but the diameter would be the determining factor. 

As for your pivot shoe, we would need you to write out the exact depth of the shoe to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
