there are two numbers on the balancers:

BP6 12#27 10 84

AND

11600-17

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid it's a little difficult for me to make out the stamped numbers on your balance boxes due to the glare in the photos. However, if both balances include '12#27' as one of their stamped numbers, see our 24-1231 Andersen Sash Balance. This is meant to replace balance boxes that include the number 1227 (or 12#27). Let us know if you have any questions.
