The balance is 29 inches. There appears to be "28C USB" stamped on them. Attached are pictures. I broke the take out clip and need one of those also.

The window is a non-tilt. I believe it was made by Florida Extruders.

Thank you for posting, most Florida Extruder windows use our S380-29 with a spring weight option of 2830 for a sash weighing between 16-23 lbs. Look over this hardware and see what you think.
