Thanks for posting. It's hard to say exactly what you have without knowing specific dimensions, but take a look at our 81-270 and see if it's a good match.

Thanks Tom, you were spot on. This is the one.
However there is a problem in that the rivet on the sample we purchased is too proud on both sides of the housing and so forces the frame apart preventing the frame from being re-assembled.
The rivet on the side should be the same proudness as the wheel rivet axel.
Is it possible to get these rollers with a more flush side rivet?

Thank you for the pictures. I'm not sure if we will be able to get a hold of the same roller with just a smaller rivet. Is there any way you can file it down?

ya replacing these wheels are a pain.and its costly to the consumer. im just about ready to guestamate the average heightn and bore a hole through the door ,insert the proper wheel on an axel with internal threads at each end.only a wide headed of the screw will be exposed on both sides.most doors the bottom rail has to come off the glass and seal and today i found a wheel assembly riveted at the top of the rail. Its just to much work for what it is because removal of the doors is enough with letting wasp and loosing the cool air in a house when your operating for an hour or so on a greasy rusty part.
