Hi, I need to replace a pair of coil balances/pivot shoes as shown in the pictures. spring is marked 730x. Window is a american craftsman silverline model 8500. 28x58"
the pivot shoe has a handwritten "7" on the back side.
The window sash weighs approximately 11 pounds.
Please advise what part number I need.

Thanks for your post! You'll need the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot to replace this assembly. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the right replacement match.
This housing is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance Spring. Given the sash weight, I suggest using the S180-06. This is a 6lb coil weight option.
