need coil window balance for no-name window

Question

Hello, I need a replace the coil balance for a window i had installed in 2017. The part i currently have looks alot like the part you show being replaced in our "How to replace a window coil balance" video. It looks like though there may be different sizes for this part. How do Identify the exact part i need. Also, in your video your window has a cutout for the part to easily come out, I do not have that cutout, would I be able to make that myself or is there another place to locate the exit?
