need counterbalance for milgard window

Question

hi - another counter balance went on this window (milgard).
also, it seems as though these balances are too strong for this window.
i did a search and it appears that swissco is now the manufacturer for these parts?
can i get a pair of counter balances with the next weight size down?
the part number on the old part is
32 9 dw cmc 4
and the other side is labled
32-9 khs cmc 4

We actually don't manufacture this hardware, but we can supply i t for you. I think this might be our S385-33 channel balance, but I cannot confirm based on this picture alone. I would need to see pictures of both nylon attachments from different angles.

As for the stamp options, you should weigh your sash to determine the proper selection. We have a chart on the S385-33 store page that lists each option and how much weight they support. This would be much better than guessing.
