need crank parts for an awning and casement window

on the tall window the evrything is missing on the short window the handle has been broke off and the push bar is gone.

What about the swing out window as well?

looks like the right part for the push windows, but how do I new wich one of the part is the right one.Is there a measurement I can take?

Ah, I'm sorry. I must have overlooked that. I actually cannot determine what operator that window had without seeing the original. It's next to impossible to be sure without a reference. Do you have an identical window in the house that might still have all its hardware? If so, we can use that.
