need expert help to identify and purchase unusual clip to lock screen into window frame

A home owner from Topeka, Kansas says:
Aluminum frame window (circa 1980). Screen frame locks into window by metal swivel attached to screen going into groove in window frame. It is flat, except for part to push, so it is flush against to screen frame. There is a small Teflon washer acting as a spacer to limit screw depth into screen frame. Do you stock anything like this or know what it is?
