Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. If you need new housing, see the 15-181 and 15-182 Bushing. If you need the pivot bars that fit into this shoe, please send photos of a pivot bar removed from the window, and I'd be happy to help. Let us know if you have any further questions.
