need handles for concealed latch

The pic is of the now exposed cam mechanism. Door is 1". Diam of hole is 1 1/2". distance from door edge to hole edge is 1 3/4". What is manufacturer/what do we need? Thanks so much!!

The latch part you show in your photo looks similar to our 10-563. If that is the correct latch, it would take the 10-566 or the ADA approved 10-557. If not, we also carry the 10-401 in swing or the 10-402 out swing latch repair kit.
