need handles and hardware assembly

Have a patio door with no handle parts.Except the latch , please see if you can find something for me in these dimensions

Thanks for posting. The hole pattern on this door is a bit unusual; it makes me wonder if there was a different setup on this door at some point in time. The mortise lock in the door looks like the 82-218; please compare. A handle set like the 82-030 is compatible with this handle set, but this new one has a 3-15/16" hole spacing. Take a look and see if you think there's a way you could adapt this to your door.
