Your Series 751 balance appears to use a locking terminal like the 15-197 shown below. We can supply these balances but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we would need you to confirm the length of your metal channel, the numbers stamped on the balance, as well as the number of replacements that you need. Please note that the minimum order is two. 

As for your pivots, unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your originals but the 26-150 is a similar design that is commonly used with the S751 balance. Take a look and see if you could adapt this to work for your application. Thank you!
