I would like to purchase new tracking for this door do you have this available?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The corner block pictured here looks like the 23-407 which is frequently used with the 23-112 top pivot. This top pivot fits into the 21-174 roll guide that is often used on the 21-452 track assembly. However, this is by no means exclusive to this track. It's one possibility of many but the only option we can offer. Take a look and see what you think.
