Here are the pictures you requested in order to help me identify which balance to order. There is a "26" stamped on one end.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Based on what you show in your photos, it looks like you have the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance. The important difference between these two similar-looking parts is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

As for the stamp, can you show us a photo of that? We'd also like you to write out the length of the metal channel but make sure to not include the plastic fittings in this measurement!

The bottom shoe measurement is 1 1/8"

The channel measurement is 27"

I have attached the picture of the stamp

Thanks for your help! When we figure out which ones to order, how do I go about placing that order? I need one for each side of the window.

Thank you for the additional photos! If your bottom shoe measures 1-1/8" deep then I recommend the S390-27. The stamp doesn't match any of the listed strength options, I'm afraid. You'll have to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S390-27 store page to determine the proper strength option for your replacements.
