Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your weatherstripping but the 58-055 bubble seal has a similar offset and installs with a kerf similar to yours. We can't make any guarantees but review the dimensions shown below to see if you could adapt this to work for your repair. Thanks for posting.
