I have 2 Certainteed widow that I need a set of balances for each window.

The 1st window is 27 " and weighs 15.2 lbs

The 2nd window is 24 1/2" and weighs 13.8 lbs

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but I suspect that you have a version of the 15-192 pivot shoe. Unfortunately, the version of this shoe with a rectangular plastic cam is no longer available but ours should still work as a replacement.

Keep in mind that you may need to reuse the original nylon cam in place of the metal one in the new shoe to ensure that it would be compatible with your original pivot bar. The 15-192 is used with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, along with the related items listed on our product pages. I would recommend using the S170-408 on each side for your 15-pound sash and the S170-407 on each side for the sash that weighs just under 14-pounds. Take a look and thanks for posting!
