I'm the property manager for Altia and we have a window that is missing the entire hinge/bracket/handle on their window.

In the pictures below are all of the parts we need (from a similar window). All the metal hardware + the handle and cover are needed.

Can you please help me identify the parts/put all the parts on a bid that I can order

Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement window operator reminds me of our 39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator. To confirm that this is the right fit carefully compare the dimensions to your existing operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-253RB.

Dimensions for 39-253LB

The cover and handle sets for these operator are sold separately. There is the 39-376 (used with 39-253RB ) and the 39-375 (used for 39-253LB ), which are folding handles and covers or the 39-452 (used for 39-253RB ) and 39-451 (used for 39-253LB ). which are non-folding.

You may also need the 39-259 Track Slider, the 39-258 Casement Track, and the 39-375 and 39-376 stud brackets.

In regard to the casement window hinge, start with taking a look at our 36-048 . Carefully review and compare the measurements to determine if this could possibly be the replacement you need.

hese can be used for both the left and right side of the window. You'll need to be sure to change both the top and bottom hinges to ensure your window continues to function smoothly. Also, keep in mind, you may need to drill new installations holes. With that said, you'll need to exercise caution when drilling to holes so that you do not damage the frame and/or crack the glass pane.
