I cannot guarantee we can provide an exact match, but your balance assembly resembles the 15-111 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils. Please measure and compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit.
