Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new pivot shoe and pivot bar. I recommend our 15-216 and 26-021, respectively.

We may also be able to help with the balance, if you needed it. However I can't quite make out how it connects to the shoe. If you did want a recommendation for this part, please show me a clear picture of that metal clip at the end of the cord and I can check our inventory for a possible match.

I was wondering if you had the screws to go with the pivot bar.

Sure, the 26-021 can use a #8 self tapping screw. Length will depend on the original; if you happen to still have one, you can measure that to verify. Otherwise you can pick this size up at any local hardware store.
